JT's Wife Doing Some Running of Her Own...Of the Mouth

Indianapolis Colts star running back Jonathan Taylor has been in trade rumors for a few years now, but in August, he signed a massive $44 million dollar extension.

With the trade deadline looming, many teams are interested in the All-Pro running back. His wife, Ayanna, has posted multiple videos about him potentially being traded. This has come off as controversial for Taylor. 

There are many different opinions on athlete’s families publicly discussing their business, but if Taylor gets traded, it might be an issue. 

Her TikTok and Instagram posts gained hundreds of thousands of views, which started multiple debates online.

Taylor himself addressed the controversy in an interview after practice, “It’s been out there already, so I think her adding (to it) doesn’t really change anything. You know everybody’s on TikTok these days. So, you just gotta … stay focused.”

Three years ago, Taylor requested a trade from Indy, and they didn’t budge. It makes sense though, as he was a top five back in football. 

Teams that are rumored to pursue Jonathan Taylor include the Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Cincinnati Bengals, and Washington Commanders. 

Any unit would love to add Taylor, and some of the teams listed would become Super Bowl contenders.
